How is our unlimited plan different from the others?
Most other unlimited plans through major network carriers are set up for a Limited amount of data or tethering, What this means is that after you have used your allowed amount of data or tethered data,
your unlimited service is now throttled down to near dial-up speeds. Unlike those unlimited plans, our plan is set up for a true unlimited high-speed experience.
What does unlimited service really mean?
If you are an average user we are perfect for you! We don't have data caps or overage charges. Our plans include unlimited high-speed data, No Throttling & No Prioritization
for things like streaming music, watching movies, light gaming, and surfing the web.
Illegal activities and excessive gaming would be considered abuse of our plans.
What does it mean to be a data abuser?
Data abusers are those who purposefully push limits or knowingly conduct activities like torrenting over the cellular airwaves. If you are burning near or over a terabyte of data a month,
that is NOT what is considered normal cellular broadband internet usage ! In these cases, we would talk to you about splitting your account into two accounts to handle your needs more appropriately,
If your not automatically terminated and or barred by our carrier's first !
What is the average household users data usage?
Since The Covid Pandemic, the average American household usage has Increased and is now around 150 to 450 GB of data per month. Family sizes vary so this is a good place to start.
Once i sign-up, do i own the account and the device?
You are the owner of the device after your 14 day trial period. 4G LTE WiFi LLC is the owner of all accounts. You are responsible for paying the first month up front along with the cost of your equipment.
You can cancel your subscription with us at any time by simply giving us 72-hours notice before your next billing cycle.
Do I get a trial period?
Yes! We have a 14 day no questions asked refund policy. You have 14 days after purchasing your service and equipment to try it out and love it.
If you don't, simply notify us for return instructions and let us know you want to cancel.
We will give you the return instructions for the equipment and suspend the service. Once the equipment is received in its original packaging and working order we will
provide a refund on the full cost of the Router & Service.
Do your plans throttle?
No, we do not throttle! All unlimited data plans are subject to the Fair Usage Act. So if you have high data usage and you are in the middle of a rush hour your speeds could slow down ,
Once the traffic jam clears up your speeds go right back up. It doesn't mean it will happen, all it means is it can happen.
I live in the middle of nowhere, can i still get coverage?
Yes ! Our Coverage is nationwide. As Long as you are in Our Cellular Service Zone, See Our Map
I like to travel, can i take this with me?
Yes, you can. A good gauge when traveling is if you have decent cellular coverage you will have decent internet coverage.
Do I have to sign a contract or have a Credit Check ?
We do not require a contract or a credit check. Our plans are prepaid month to month. Each payment prepays the next 30-days.
What are the average speeds?
You can expect speeds up to 90 plus Mbps , However this will be subject to which router you purchase, as well as a Multiple of Variables, i.e.location combined household usage, traffic congestion, Etc.
How many devices can I use on my equipment?
Our Basic router is Rated up to 32 devices at one time. Just remember that the speeds you are receiving will be shared between your devices while in use.
Can I travel internationally with my service?
We only support coverage in the USA.
How do I know when my bill is due?
Your bill will be auto drafted from the account you signed up with one month/30 -days after you sign up for service.
If I cannot pay my bill, what happens?
Service is Pre-Paid and Expires at the end of your 30 day ( monthly) cycle. There is a $35.00 reactivation fee if your service becomes suspended.
How old do I have to be to subscribe?
You do need to be the legal age of consent. If you are under 18 then a parent will need to hold the account in their name.
How long will it take to receive my equipment?
We ship USPS Priority Mail. It typically takes approx 2-5 business days.
How do I set it up?
Our Routers Come plug and Play Ready. DO NOT CHANGE THE ROUTERS FACTORY SETTINGS, THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY !
Our router's have a 6 month limited liability warranty and an extended 3 year limited liability warranty for repairs or replacement from the date of purchase, with a "continuously active account."
